Maldivian women already contribute significantly to our tourism industry, yet onboard roles in the liveaboard sector remain largely out of reach. We want to change that.
With the launch of Maldives Legend Y, we are welcoming Maldivian women into our crew, with the training and support to learn, grow and build a long-term career at sea as part of the Maldives Legend family.
Look after our guests' cabins and make every stay feel effortless. You'll keep suites spotless, prepare rooms for arrivals and evenings, and bring the warm Maldivian hospitality our guests remember.
